1st- International Conference on Low-Energy Digital Devices and Computing (ICLED-2023)
Date : JUNE 29-JULY 1, 2023
Venue:
NUS Department of Architecture,
SDE 3, Level 4, Lecture Theatre 421
4 Architecture Drive,
Singapore 117566.
Directions to ICLED-2023 conference venue for in-person participants
Take the Mass Transit Railway (MRT) east-west line (Green line) to Clementi station EW23. At exit A, use pedestrian foot bridge to go to Clementi Mall and either take escalator or walk to the ground floor SMRT bus interchange.
At the bus interchange, find Route 96 at Berth B1. Route 96 is a circular unidirectional route to the National University of Singapore (NUS). Please alight at the 5th stop as shown.
Walk to the end of the covered walkway (left image) to reach the School of Design and Environment building SDE3. Follow the lift sign and take lift (right image) to Level 4 to reach the lecture theatre 412 and the Barrel room.
At the end of the conference, participants can use the same bus stop to take bus 96 back to Clementi station.
Call for Papers
The rapidly increasing data traffic on the Internet and workload at data centres has made energy efficient computing hardware a topic of growing importance. The large- scale deployment of Internet of Things also requires low energy computing and energy harvesting devices. The inaugural 1st International Conference on Low-Energy Digital Devices and Computing (ICLED) conference aims to provide a unique forum for the exchange of novel scientific information on all types of devices related to energy efficient cloud and edge computing as well as emerging computing approaches such as neuromorphic, reversible and quantum computing. Papers covering materials innovation, device design/fabrication, characterization, TCAD simulation, ab-initio simulation, reliability and emerging device concepts are especially welcome. Although the conference scope is mainly at the device level of computing hardware, papers on energy efficient circuit and system architecture are also of interest. All accepted abstracts can be either presented in person or online. An abstract accepted for in person presentation can be changed to online presentation.
Accepting for POSTER and ORAL presentation
Selected papers will be published in Special Issue; Memories- Materials, Devices, Circuits and Systems, ScienceDirect, open access journal without APC, Materials Circular Economy, Springer and Journal of Electronic Materials, Springer
